Riders get the full value of their bike

The worst thing is buying insurance, only to realise that the terms & conditions are full of exclusions and fine print.

That's why we don't apply any depreciation to the bike’s value during the first 36 months. So in case of compensation, riders will receive the bike’s full value, minus a deductible.

Comprehensive theft & damage protection

Bike thieves can be savvy, even if someone locks their bike properly. That’s why in the case of theft, we refund the original purchase price of the bike during the first three years with no excess.

We also reimburse fixed accessories, including locks and e-bike batteries, and pay for a taxi home (up to €500).

With our material damage cover, we pay for bike repairs due to an accident, attempted theft, vandalism, animals or natural elements, including replacement of the bike and fixed accessories.

24/7 assistance

If a rider has trouble on the road (an accident, tire puncture, dead battery, theft, etc.), we repair their bike for free on the spot, and if necessary, give the rider a lift home.

Bike towing and the rider’s trip home are covered in Germany, the Netherlands, France and Belgium. Otherwise, emergency cash is provided.
