The power of embedded insurance partnerships: how to create a winning ecosystem

Kai has over 30 years of experience in senior corporate roles, academia and advisory capacities – 17 of which have been with The Geneva Association, the leading think tank and only global association of insurance and reinsurance companies, composed of around 85 CEOs representing all major insurance markets of the world.

He also serves as the Executive Director of the Global Reinsurance Forum, an advocacy group representing companies that account for two-thirds of the global reinsurance market. Throughout his career, Kai has also been part of numerous advisory boards and gained invaluable experience in the insurance world through companies like Swiss Re.

Michael has 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry with extensive experience in sales & distribution, partnership and customer experience management, mergers/acquisitions, strategic planning and leadership in local, regional and global functions.

Together with Allianz and Allianz Partners, he currently scales strategic partnerships with selected global platforms and their ecosystems, and redefines insurance services by delivering future-ready, high-tech products that go beyond traditional insurance. 

With over 20 years of experience in insurance, business development, leadership and client relationship management, Ana has recently joined Qover as Head of Partnerships with risk carriers and brokers.

She has extensive experience with both AIG and Chubb, where she was responsible for advancing key business areas in the consumer lines space. Most recently, she established and led a high-growth accident and health team in Switzerland for Chubb before leading the development of B2B2C digital partnerships for EMEA.

Ana has a Masters in International Relations and Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of Johns Hopkins University.
