Romuald is a seasoned technology professional with nearly a decade of experience at Qover, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s platform. As Platform Product Owner, he leverages his deep technical and functional expertise to drive platform vision, operational reporting and complex configurations. 

Before stepping into product ownership, he contributed as a senior developer, architect, and business analyst, helping to build and refine Qover’s core technology. Romuald has a PhD in computer science.

As Solution Engineer at Qover, Matthieu is responsible for the technical integration aspect of the sales process. Before joining Qover’s sales organisation, Matthieu was part of the product team, where he gained extensive knowledge of the Qover platform.

Matthieu has a background in product management and venture building where he explored multiple industries including insurance. He also has a master’s degree in Finance.

Charlène leads the Insurance Product Developers & Experts teams at Qover, managing the full lifecycle of insurance programs from strategic advice and implementation to daily product and partner management.

With 10 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in insurance, she is passionate about driving operational excellence, and aligning products with industry standards and business needs.
